About Executive Personal Concierge

Executive Personal Concierge is a growing Melbourne-based business providing personalised concierge, administration and lifestyle support services to seniors, families, busy professionals and businesses.

We are passionate about helping people and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service with professionalism, reliability and genuine care.

We're looking for a friendly and organised Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a varied office-based role where no two days are the same.

This position is casual to begin with, offering the opportunity to grow into a permanent full-time role for the right person as our business continues to expand.

About the Role

Working from our Camberwell office, you will support the Directors with the day-to-day administration of the business while helping ensure our clients receive outstanding service.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being organised, communicating with people and working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something different.

Your responsibilities will include:

General office administration
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to client enquiries
Managing emails and correspondence
Scheduling appointments and coordinating client services
Maintaining client records and databases
Preparing letters, reports and business documents
Data entry and filing
Assisting with staff scheduling and administrative support
Supporting the Directors with daily business operations
Research and general office duties
Assisting with social media, newsletters and website updates when required
Other administration duties as required

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent organisational and time management skills
Is friendly, professional and enjoys helping people
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Can confidently manage multiple tasks and priorities
Works well independently and as part of a small team
Is reliable, trustworthy and takes pride in their work
Has excellent attention to detail
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism
Is confident using computers and enjoys learning new systems

Skills and Experience

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

Administration or office support
Reception or customer service
Scheduling or diary management
Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Data entry and record management
Client service
Canva or social media (desirable but not essential)

A current Australian Driver Licence is required.

Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
