Description:
About the role:
You will be entrusted with the dealership and, more importantly, with our most valued clients.

Actively follow up on customer queries and anticipate their needs.
Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products.
Drive sales, upsell, and meet monthly targets. Keep data history on our software system.
Deliver vehicles.
Provide post-delivery support.
Demonstrate our values and support behaviours.

Skills and Experiences:
About you:

Your niche sells prestige luxury vehicles; you know what it means to go above and beyond every time.
The desire to exceed customer expectations, matching them with their dream car.
Communication, both written and verbal, is vital with good PC skills
Enthusiasm in abundance.
