With exciting opportunities lined up for 2026, we’re now recruiting Rail Replacement Bus Drivers to help keep Melbourne moving during rail disruptions.

This is a casual position working primarily afternoon/evening weekday shifts.

In this role, you’ll:

Deliver safe, reliable transport across Melbourne
Provide friendly, customer‑focused service that puts passengers at ease
Support customers with accessibility needs and diverse requirements
Take pride in the presentation and cleanliness of your vehicle
Represent Dysons as a trusted and professional transport provider

No two days are the same — and every shift gives you the opportunity to positively impact someone’s day.

What You’ll Bring

Applicants must already hold all of the following:

Victorian MR licence or higher
Valid Driver Accreditation (DC)
Full Australian work rights
Victorian Working With Children Check (Employee category)
Willingness to undergo a company medical assessment
Flexibility to work various casual shifts, including nights and occasional weekends
