caring, compassionate people to join us as
Casual School Bus Supervisors, supporting students with specialist needs and/or intellectual disabilities on their journey to and from school.
This role isn’t just about supervision — it’s about connection, reassurance, and care. It’s about being a familiar, trusted face who helps a student feel safe, understood, and valued as they begin and end their day.

About the Role

Casual, on‑call work during school terms only
-
Morning and afternoon school runs (split shifts, Monday to Friday)
-
Supporting students on Students with Disability (SWD) routes
-
Working closely with drivers, families, schools, and coordinators
-
Ensuring safe, respectful pick‑up and drop‑off of each student
-
Being part of a team that puts care and dignity first

You will need to be resilient and have the ability to think clearly under pressure. This role can involve high-stress situations where students’ safety and wellbeing are a priority
