Supply Purchasing Officer
Permanent Full Time with monthly day off
EH Distribution Centre Ringwood - free parking onsite
Monday to Friday - no weekends

About the role
Working with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team converting Requisitions to Purchase Orders, sending to Suppliers and management of same including invoicing.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Knowledge of Oracle or similar software package
Computer literacy and understanding of MS Office and windows based systems (minimum of intermediate level).
Methodical, organised and accurate work approach.
Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated time management capabilities.
Demonstrated understanding of customer service of internal and external customers and is committed to effectively meet their needs in a helpful and professional manner.
Advanced and effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
Those that are offered and/or start between January and April do not require an up to date vaccination for Influenza to progress providing they are aware of its requirement later in the year. Those that are offered and/or start between May and December require the up to date Influenza vaccination prior to offer.
