Project Coordinator and Administrator

Location: Thomastown, Melbourne, VIC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 AUD + Superannuation

At Projoin, we’re seeking a behind-the-scenes operator. Someone who thrives on coordination, checklists, and making complex projects run smoothly. If you like working with data, documents, systems, and ensuring all the right pieces are in place, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Keep projects moving by managing status updates, approvals, and schedules in Jobman
Maintain and review specifications, sample tracking, and spec registers
Check drawings and documentation for accuracy before they hit production
Coordinate client and subcontractor follow-ups to avoid delays
Support our drafting and estimating teams by keeping everything clean, updated, and on time
