About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Operations Specialist to lead our organic acquisition pipeline. You will own our cross-platform content matrix across Chinese and English digital channels, transforming complex educational frameworks into high-converting "lead magnets." Working directly with the founding team, you will drive inbound organic traffic, coordinate high-impact offline seminars, and feed qualified student inquiries into our backend CRM system. Your goal is to maximize brand authority and student lead velocity while keeping acquisition costs (CAC) at an absolute minimum.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven Inbound Marketing strategies across diverse Chinese and English digital platforms to systematically capture and qualify organic student inquiries.
Establish a closed-loop customer acquisition funnel by converting social media engagements, keyword searches, and platform traffic into qualified leads for the backend CRM.
Drive end-to-end logistical and material coordination for offline parenting seminars, selective school open days, and local high-school targeted workshops.
Conduct continuous market scanning on legacy competitors, performing multi-dimensional data analysis on competitor pricing models, marketing hooks, and product matrices.
Act as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries via email, phone, website forms, and social media channels; provide accurate, professional information and facilitate seamless referrals to relevant departments.
Monitor and audit daily traffic conversion metrics, evaluating lead-generation velocity across each funnel stage to maximize human capital return on investment (ROI).
Design and produce high-impact digital/offline marketing assets while conducting rigorous compliance audits on all public-facing brand content to safeguard corporate intellectual property and brand authority.

Skills & Requirements

Valid Australian work rights.
Tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in digital campaign management, organic traffic growth, or local advertising agency settings (prior experience in the local education sector preferred)
Deep practical mastery of backend optimization frameworks, community group dynamics, and organic ranking algorithms across major Chinese and English digital marketing platforms.
Prior experience in utilizing AI-driven tools or platforms for workflow automation is highly preferred.
Proficiency in graphic design toolsets (Canva / Photoshop), paired with functional capabilities in multimedia production and short-video editing applications.
A genuine passion for the education sector, complemented by a solid situational understanding of the Victorian schooling system and its academic frameworks.
Outstanding bilingual copywriting and cross-cultural communication fluency to articulate premium consulting values in both idiomatic Chinese and professional English.
Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and a customer-centric service mindset, with the ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure communication scenarios.
Current Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a National Police Check, or explicit eligibility to obtain prior to deployment.
