The Role:

Join a leading global retail brand driving a fast-growing app ecosystem and digital commerce channel in Australia. This role sits within a locally evolving digital team, with strong focus on app-led trading and customer engagement.
You’ll support both the mobile app and .com execution, helping drive commercial performance, membership growth, and in-season optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Own day-to-day app trading and content execution
Optimise in-season performance through sales, product, and campaign analysis
Drive app growth, membership engagement, and retention strategies
Support seasonal digital commerce plans aligned to KPIs
Collaborate with Brand, Merchandising, Digital Product, and Operations teams
Support .com content management and execution (secondary focus)
Use data insights to identify trading opportunities and improve performance

Who We’re Looking For

2–3+ years’ experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, merchandising, or digital marketing
Experience within retailers with app ecosystems (strong advantage)
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and omnichannel retail
Confident working with data to drive commercial decisions
Strong stakeholder management in matrix environments
Exposure to app-based trading or digital platforms preferred
Go getter, keen learner ready to hit the ground running
