We’re looking for an experienced Operations Lead to manage and improve the daily operations of our growing warehouse and manufacturing team (10+ staff).
This is a senior hands-on operational role suited to someone who understands how to build structure, improve productivity, implement systems, and lead teams properly in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, staff performance, SOP implementation, training systems, workflow optimisation, and best practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse, fulfillment, and operational activities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs across departments
- Build structured onboarding and staff training systems
- Improve team productivity, accountability, and operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, workflow bottlenecks, and performance metrics
- Introduce operational best practices and scalable processes
- Manage inventory accuracy, warehouse organisation, and dispatch flow
- Coordinate across warehouse, customer support, and production teams
- Identify operational issues and implement long-term solutions
- Coach and supervise team leaders and warehouse staff
- Help build a strong operational culture focused on quality and continuous improvement
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, or eCommerce fulfillment leadership
- Strong experience creating and managing SOPs
- Experience developing staff training systems and onboarding processes
- Demonstrated ability to improve productivity and operational performance
- Strong understanding of operational best practices and workflow optimisation
- Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining positive culture
Highly Regarded
- Experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer businesses
- Experience with inventory systems and warehouse software
- Lean operations or continuous improvement experience
- Experience scaling teams and processes
- Forklift licence
- Automotive or manufacturing industry experience

Pay: $70,134.68 – $119,448.32 per year
