ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Employee Experience & Engagement Specialist to join RMH and help shape how people experience work through insight-driven employee engagement and experience initiatives.

The Specialist supports the design, delivery and continuous improvement of employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and induction through to recognition, internal movement and offboarding.

To be successful in this role, you will bring initiative, a proactive and future-focused approach, and the ability to use workforce insights, employee feedback and behavioural understanding to help improve engagement, connection and belonging across RMH.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support employee experience and engagement initiatives
Analyse engagement data and identify improvement opportunities
Support onboarding, recognition, internal movement and offboarding initiatives
Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, inclusion and belonging
Embed diversity, equity and inclusion principles into employee experience practices

ABOUT YOU

Demonstrated experience delivering employee experience, engagement or workforce insights initiatives
Qualification in Organisational Psychology or a related discipline
Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience supporting employee listening or engagement initiatives
Ability to translate insights into practical actions and improvements
