This role is ideal for a technician experienced in wet fire systems looking to take the next steps in their career. You’ll be providing technical support and mentoring a growing team of technicians leading by example on the tools

Job Description

About the position

Installation, repair, commissioning & maintenance of fire system diesel and electric pump sets;
Perform flow testing of fire hydrant and sprinkler systems;
Performing on site callouts with proven field service experience & ability to troubleshoot, test and repair;
Quoting & scoping for upcoming works;
Attend client site meetings as a subject matter expert
Preparing accurate and timely onsite service sheets and reports via apps
Train and mentor, a growing team of technicians

Desired Skills and Experience

What will you bring?

A trade qualification in a related field (e.g Mechanical, Plumbing, Diesel Mechanic or Sprinkler);
Fire service experience and/or previous experience in a similar role; eg. Mechanic
Current or ability to obtain OH&S white card;
Current Drivers License
Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to work overtime or after hours when required.
