Join Our Team – Make a Meaningful Difference in Children's Lives

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team. If you are committed to supporting children with developmental delays and creating inclusive learning environments, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will work collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualised support that promotes each child's development, participation, and wellbeing.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
Current Full VIT Registration.
Minimum 1 year of experience in children's services, with a strong focus on inclusion support and early intervention.
Experience developing and implementing individualised learning programs for children with developmental delays.
Demonstrated experience working as a Key Worker and collaborating with allied health professionals, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioners.
Strong understanding of inclusive practices and child-centred approaches.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
Strong leadership skills and sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and relevant legislation.
