About the role
Tennis Australia is embarking on a phase of technological transformation and as a result an opportunity has emerged for a Solution Architect to guide the design and implementation of one of core programs of work – CRM (including profile mgt, marketing automation, sales, customer 360 and field services).
The program has established the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and now seeks to rapidly evolve this platform to meet new requirements and address new customer segments. There is an extensive roadmap for development of the CRM emerging across both current business operations and new transformational capabilities.
In this role you will:

Be responsible for the architectural design and guidance of the delivery of technology platforms and projects adhering to higher level principles and standards.

Maximise the potential of the Dynamics solution whilst recognising and managing its limitations.

Work across TA business and technology teams as well as third party vendors and systems.

Identify technical requirements and document solution architecture for projects and ensure technical alignment to business requirements.

Maintain architecture artefacts and provide input and support into the broader architecture practice and technology roadmap.

Manage a knowledgebase of solution architecture IP that can be easily shared with interested parties and project teams.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
-
Extensive experience in Solution Architecture – process, deliverables, technical design & decision making; Microsoft Dynamics 365 – architecture, functional and technical experience; and Azure cloud services.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and managing technical risk.

A pragmatic approach to CRM platform design - balancing customisation with operational overhead, licensing implications and business and customer experience.

A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain).

Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
