About the role
Tennis Australia (TA) has embarked on a multiyear Digital Transformation Program; we have already completed the first phase and now starting the next phase. As a result, an opportunity has emerged for a Domain Architect to guide the design and implementation of multiple initiatives of work relating to the experience of our customers in who are Social and Competitive players and deliverers of Tennis at grassroot level.
Our technology roadmap will continue to enhance the new digital experiences, foundational capabilities and strategic enablers that support our primary objective – to get more people playing tennis! This includes the way our customers register, manage Identity and profile, find courts, coaches and programs; participate in Leagues and Tournaments, manage their rating and ranking, and support administrators and deliverers who organise and deliver Tennis.
In this role you will:

Support the ongoing design and implementation of modular solutions, working across TA business and technology teams as well as third party vendors and systems like Auth0, CRM- (D365), integration – (Azure), Data Platform (Databricks), etc.

Engage with internal and external business and technical stakeholders to help them understand technology capabilities and dependencies.

Identify technical requirements and document solution architecture for projects and ensure technical alignment to business requirements.

Maintain architecture artefacts and provide input and support into the broader architecture practice and technology roadmap.
- Identify and optimize solution design within projects and BAU activities.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
-
Experience in Solution Architecture – process, deliverables, technical design & decision making; Integration / API design & development; & Azure cloud services and integration services.

Experience leveraging SaaS products and balancing customisation with operational overheads.

Refined interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

The ability to gain a deep understanding of the Identity management and customer profile data management across the participation business unit.

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
