We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Creative Operations Manager to help bring the creative vision for Commonry and Unison to life.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seasonal digital design strategies, brand campaigns and key brand moments and assets stay on track, that assets are delivered to a high standard and deadlines are met. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll shape and manage the end-to-end creative milestone process across each brand as well as lead the Creative team.

If you're collaborative, detail-driven and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, you'll enjoy the opportunity to turn ideas into impactful work while managing tight schedules, project briefs, feedback and competing priorities.

THE ROLE:

Lead and mentor the Creative team of Graphic Designers and Copywriter, managing priorities, workflow and team capacity.
Own the end-to-end creative critical path, overseeing briefs, production, approvals and asset delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Work closely with key stakeholders from the production team, designers, retouchers and product teams to bring creative projects from brief to final delivery.
Review creative team work and provide direction and feedback to ensure high-quality, on-brand outputs.
Bring fresh thinking and an understanding of emerging design trends to influence the visual direction of Commonry and Unison.
As required in high volume times, support in developing creative concepts and roll-out.
On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

8+ years' experience in a senior creative, graphic design or creative operations role, ideally within fashion or retail.
Proven experience leading and developing creative teams, with a strong ability to manage workflow, priorities and deadlines.
Strong understanding of digital design, creative production, brand storytelling and visual direction.
Excellent creative judgement, with the confidence to provide clear feedback and direction to designers.
Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and bring people along on the journey.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with experience reviewing and directing digital design work.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello or Monday.com.
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for fashion, design and creativity.
A relevant degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related discipline.
