About this Role
We're looking for a creative leader to help take our brand to the next level and lead the delivery of inspiring, high-quality creative work that engages and drives impact.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll lead our creative function, managing a team of designers while driving brand excellence across campaigns, fundraising, digital, communications and supporter engagement activities. You'll champion creativity, innovation and design to help Make-A-Wish stand apart in the Australian charity sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the evolution of the Make-A-Wish visual identity

Manage and develop a high-performing creative team

Deliver exceptional creative work across multiple channels

Drive innovation, including the adoption of AI-enabled creative tools

Partner with stakeholders to bring their activities to life

Improve creative processes, workflows and performance measurement
The position is initially offered as a 12-month maximum-term contract position with the potential to be extended or converted to permanent in the future.
