We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Getaway Inn in New South Wales, Postcode 2304. This part-time contract role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead a team of housekeepers, oversee daily operations, and uphold our high standards of service in the travel and tourism industry.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and company policies.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services.
Prepare reports on housekeeping operations and staff performance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
