As a Housekeeping Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our housekeeping operation by ensuring our public spaces, guest areas, linen is well managed and back-of-house facilities are maintained to the premium standards our guests expect.
Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Assistant plays an important role in supporting the housekeeping team to ensure our linen is managed day to day, hotel is clean, welcoming and beautifully presented.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work and understands that attention to detail makes all the difference. You'll support the housekeeping operation through maintaining public areas, assisting room attendants, replenishing supplies, championing the linen department and ensuring every part of the hotel reflects the premium standards of Crystalbrook Kingsley.
Working collaboratively across the hotel, you'll help deliver seamless guest experiences while contributing to a safe, organised and efficient housekeeping operation.
You will be responsible for:

Owning the day-to-day operations of linen department

Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, guest corridors and back-of-house facilities to the highest standards.

Assisting Housekeeping Attendants with linen deliveries, rubbish removal and replenishment of guest room amenities and supplies.

Supporting the setup and pack down of function rooms, meeting spaces and special events.

Maintaining housekeeping storerooms, equipment and trolleys in a clean, organised and safe condition.

Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and supporting colleagues across the hotel.

Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, hazards or damaged equipment.

Operating housekeeping equipment safely and in accordance with hotel procedures.

Supporting hotel operations through a flexible, proactive and team-focused approach.

Completing all duties efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Leading by example to create a positive, collaborative and Customer Obsessed culture.

Previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
