Join our friendly, patient-focused team!

We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic Casual Optical Dispenser / Optical Assistant to join our new practice.

If you love working with people, enjoy providing great customer service, and are interested in the optical industry, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role

You'll be an important part of creating a welcoming experience for our patients. Your role will include:

Helping patients choose frames and lenses to suit their needs and lifestyle.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Fitting, adjusting, and repairing glasses.
Processing orders and liaising with suppliers.
Booking appointments and assisting with reception.
Keeping the practice organised and welcoming.
Working alongside our optometrists to provide excellent patient care.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, positive, and professional.
Confident with customers and enjoys working with people.
Experienced in retail or customer service.
A great communicator and team player.
Reliable, organised, and eager to learn.
Flexible and available to work varying days as required.

Optical experience is preferred but not essential - training will be provided for the right person!
