About the Business

CANDL Studio Services Pty Ltd is a Sunshine Coast-based technology and business services company supporting the development, operation, and maintenance of digital platforms, cloud-based systems, and business technology solutions.

We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Technician to join our growing team based on the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support, education and guidance to users in the deployment, maintenance and use of computer infrastructure, cloud systems and business technologysolutions.
Provide first and second-level technical support to internal staff and business users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and cloud system issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Assist with system monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
Maintain documentation relating to ICT systems and procedures.
Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives.
Liaise with software vendors and external technology providers.
Assist with testing and deployment of new software and technology solutions.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Essential Requirements

Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information

Systems, or a related field.

Minimum two years of relevant ICT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience supporting Windows-based systems and business applications.
Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Desirable Skills

Experience supporting cloud-based platforms.
Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Experience supporting SaaS platforms and customer-facing applications.
