As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join us and be part of something special.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a well-maintained, medium-sized portfolio with the support of a collaborative team.

You'll be stepping into a role where systems, processes, and support are in place, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and delivering standout service.

There is also a clear pathway for career progression into Senior Property Manager or leadership roles as the business grows.

Your Day-to-Day

Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trusted trades
Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections
Prepare lease agreements and documentation
Ensure compliance with Queensland legislation and best practices
Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

About You

You're someone who genuinely enjoys property management and takes pride in doing a great job.

A minimum of two years of experience in residential property management is required.
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset
A team player who also works well independently
Flexible to work occasional weekends as part of a supportive team roster (with work-life balance in mind)
