As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join us and be part of something special.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a well-maintained, medium-sized portfolio with the support of a collaborative team.
You'll be stepping into a role where systems, processes, and support are in place, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and delivering standout service.
There is also a clear pathway for career progression into Senior Property Manager or leadership roles as the business grows.
Your Day-to-Day
- Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trusted trades
- Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Prepare lease agreements and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Queensland legislation and best practices
- Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

About You
You're someone who genuinely enjoys property management and takes pride in doing a great job.
- A minimum of two years of experience in residential property management is required.
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset
- A team player who also works well independently
- Flexible to work occasional weekends as part of a supportive team roster (with work-life balance in mind)

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
