Now we're looking for an experienced Skin Therapist or Clinic Manager ready for the next chapter of their career.

This Is Not Your Typical Clinic Role

Every treatment, consultation and recommendation is built around one question:

"What is the best path forward for this client?"

You'll work alongside a team known for its advanced extraction facials, corrective skin treatments, honest advice and deep understanding of skin physiology.

You'll be supported by structured systems, ongoing education, and mentoring from clinic owner Sheridan Rollard, who brings more than 28 years of industry experience and has built Shine into an award-winning destination clinic.

Senior Skin Therapist

Clinic Manager

depending on your experience and career goals.

For the right candidate, this role offers a genuine pathway into leadership, mentoring and clinic management.

You'll play a key role in shaping client outcomes, supporting team development and helping drive the continued growth of a thriving business.

What You'll Be DoingClient Experience

Conduct thorough skin consultations
Create personalised treatment plans
Deliver exceptional client journeys
Build long-term relationships based on trust
Educate clients on skin health and homecare

Advanced Skin Treatments

IPL
Skin Needling
Chemical Peels
Corrective Facials
Advanced Skin Treatments
Extraction Facials

Leadership Responsibilities (Clinic Manager)

Mentor and coach therapists
Support clinic operations and performance
Lead by example on the treatment floor
Help develop systems and standards
Contribute to team culture and growth

Essential ExperienceSenior Skin Therapist

Diploma of Beauty Therapy
Minimum 3 years industry experience
Experience performing advanced skin treatments
Strong understanding of skin physiology
Confidence with IPL, skin needling and chemical peels
Excellent communication and consultation skills

Clinic Manager

In addition to the above:

Minimum 2 years management experience
Experience leading, coaching or mentoring team members
Strong organisational and leadership capabilities
Commercial awareness and business understanding

Highly Regarded

Dermal qualifications
Advanced extraction skills
Acne treatment experience
Experience in high-performance clinics
Experience with Dermaviduals
Previous team leadership experience
