You'll work alongside a team known for its advanced extraction facials, corrective skin treatments, honest advice and deep understanding of skin physiology.
You'll be supported by structured systems, ongoing education, and mentoring from clinic owner Sheridan Rollard, who brings more than 28 years of industry experience and has built Shine into an award-winning destination clinic.

Essential ExperienceSenior Skin Therapist
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Minimum 3 years industry experience
- Experience performing advanced skin treatments
- Strong understanding of skin physiology
- Confidence with IPL, skin needling and chemical peels
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
Clinic Manager
In addition to the above:
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Experience leading, coaching or mentoring team members
- Strong organisational and leadership capabilities
- Commercial awareness and business understanding
Highly Regarded
- Dermal qualifications
