Job Description

About the Role

Join our Data Entry team and play a key role in supporting our fast-paced transport and logistics operations. Working closely with drivers, depot teams, customers and operational leaders, you'll help keep information accurate, freight moving, and daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and maintain freight and operational data
Process freight documentation, including manifests, consignment notes and delivery paperwork
Provide administrative support to transport, warehouse and fleet teams
Respond to enquiries and liaise with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders
Assist with reporting, compliance documentation and record management
Support WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and general depot administration activities

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

Essential

Previous administration, coordination or data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

Desirable

Experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or freight
Familiarity with ERP or operational systems such as D365, CBS or SAP
Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and workplace safety requirements
