The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Pick Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team in Forrestfield. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering long-term career development within the warehousing and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack orders using paper-based picking slips
Wrap and prepare orders for dispatch
Move stock using pallet jacks
Load and unload deliveries and containers
Stack and organise pallets
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Work both independently and collaboratively to meet targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
A positive attitude and proactive approach
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Flexibility with working hours
Willingness to learn and undertake cross-training
Physical capability to perform manual handling and repetitive lifting

Qualifications & Requirements

Reliable transport is essential
Current LF Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential)
Ability to work in dry and/or refrigerated environments
