Full-Time Venue General Manager – Yo-Chi Stockland Green Hills
Step into an exciting leadership role at Yo-Chi Stockland Green Hills! Located in the heart of the Hunter region, Green Hills is one of the area's premier retail and lifestyle destinations, attracting families, professionals, students and food lovers from across Maitland and beyond. Lead with impact, grow with support, and make a real difference every day.

How you'll make an impact:

Deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team.
Motivate and develop your team to perform at their best.
Uphold excellence in service, quality, safety, and presentation.
Manage labour, COGS and P&L to deliver strong results.
Recruit, train and retain top talent, fostering a positive, high-performing team.
Connect with the local Maitland community through events, partnerships and activations to grow the Yo-Chi love.
Drive venue performance while creating a fun, energetic and people-first culture.

Who we're looking for:

Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality.
Confidence in managing financial performance (labour, COGS, budgets and P&L).
