Full Job Description

The Yard Gym is Perth's newest premium group training facility, built around community, energy, and helping people become the best version of themselves. We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring Crèche Attendant to join our team and help create a safe, welcoming environment for our youngest members while their parents train.

About the Role

As our Crèche Attendant, you'll be responsible for supervising and engaging children in a safe, fun, and positive environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children and enjoys being part of a vibrant fitness community.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise children in the gym crèche during operating hours.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times.
Organise and facilitate age-appropriate activities and play.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic crèche area.
Communicate effectively with parents and gym staff.
Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Manage child sign-in/sign-out procedures.
Report any incidents or concerns promptly to management.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children (preferred).
A friendly, energetic, and patient personality.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Comfortable working independently.

Can also discuss membership discounts for the right person.

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
