About Us

Total Precast is a leading manufacturer and supplier of precast concrete products across NSW. As a family-owned business, we pride ourselves on quality, reliability, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a diverse role that provides administrative support across all areas of the business. You will work closely with the Directors and assist with administration, estimating, drafting coordination, customer service, and project support.

Key Responsibilities

General office administration and reception duties.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
Prepare quotations and assist with estimating projects.
Assist with drafting administration and reviewing construction drawings.
Prepare delivery dockets, purchase orders and project documentation.
Coordinate jobs with customers, suppliers and production.
Maintain project files and company records.
Data entry and document control.
Assist with scheduling deliveries and transport.
Provide administrative support to the Directors.
General office duties as required.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous administration experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A willingness to learn estimating and drafting processes.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Desirable Skills

Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

Construction or manufacturing administration.
Estimating.
Reading construction or engineering drawings.
AutoCAD or drafting experience.
Xero or similar accounting software.
Project coordination.
