About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Support Worker for one morning and one evening shift per week, for a total of seven hours. You will assist clients in their daily living activities, helping them maintain independence in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs (hoists used when necessary)
Providing personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
Supporting basic wound care and self-medication
Offering domestic support: meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry
Facilitating community access: driving clients to appointments and social activities

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Smartphone device
Current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain
Be eligible to apply for a Working with Children Check
Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module or willingness to complete
Flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times
