Full Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that offers a great opportunity to be part of a developing practice and contribute to its growth from the ground up. In addition to providing chairside assistance during dental procedures, you will be responsible for preparing treatment rooms, sterilising instruments and equipment, maintaining accurate patient records, managing stock and supplies, and ensuring compliance with infection control protocols. As we continue to build and grow the practice, the role will also involve taking patient phone calls, booking and confirming appointments, responding to enquiries, and assisting with general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, but we also value enthusiasm, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and wants to help shape a welcoming and successful dental practice.

Pay: $38.00 – $40.00 per hour
