THE ROLE

You'll run your OWN daily schedule across Sydney — residential and commercial service, fault finding, installations, and compliance upgrades. You're trusted to manage your day, represent the business professionally, and deliver quality work on every job. Full job details and customer info land before you arrive — NO surprises.

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Company vehicle fully kitted with a fuel card — you're NEVER out of pocket
Full job details and customer information provided before you arrive
All overtime paid at applicable rates

WHAT WE OFFER

$35–$55 per hour based on experience — reviewed at 90 days
$6,000 sign-on bonus
Sales commission — spot and close additional work on site and earn more, with NO cap
Paid training, CPD, and licence support — we invest in our team, THAT MEANS YOU
Monthly team events — a good crew with no politics

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome two types of applicants:

Licensed A-Grade Electricians:

Current NSW A-grade electrical licence
3+ years experience in residential and commercial service and maintenance
Strong fault-finding ability, able to work independently

OR 4th-Year Apprentices nearing completion:

Currently in your 4th year and close to your A-grade licence
Strong trade foundations and a drive to grow into a senior role

All applicants should be:

Self-managed and reliable — you show up on time and own your day
Comfortable using smartphone-based job management software
Able to spot and present additional work opportunities to customers on site
Holding a clean, full NSW driver's licence
