About EyeVantage

EyeVantage Medication Support Services is a specialist ophthalmic pharmacy and clinic support provider operating across Queensland and New South Wales. We work closely with ophthalmology clinics to support their patients with medication access and post-surgery care, helping practices run smoothly and efficiently. We're a growing, fast-paced business where no two days look the same, and where the work you do genuinely improves patients' lives.

About the Role

This isn't your typical desk job or your typical driving job, it's both, and that's exactly what makes it great. You'll split your time between the office, keeping our administration running like clockwork, and the road, delivering medications to clinics and patients who are counting on you. Key Responsibilities

Administration

Process patient and clinic orders accurately and efficiently
Manage documentation, data entry, and record-keeping across our systems
Support the Meds Desk and Pharmacy teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
Handle phone and email enquiries from clinics and patients professionally
Assist with stock reconciliation and reporting as required

Delivery Driving

Conduct scheduled deliveries to clinics and patients across your allocated run
Maintain accurate delivery records using TrackPOD
Ensure medications are transported and handled correctly, including any cold-chain requirements
Build positive, professional relationships with clinic staff during delivery visits
Report delays, issues, or delivery exceptions promptly

About You

Current, valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
Comfortable using digital systems and apps for scheduling and delivery tracking
Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
Ability to manage time effectively across office-based and on-road responsibilities
Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or logistics is highly regarded but not essential
A reliable, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team where needed
