You'll split your time between the office, keeping our administration running like clockwork, and the road, delivering medications to clinics and patients who are counting on you. Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Process patient and clinic orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage documentation, data entry, and record-keeping across our systems
- Support the Meds Desk and Pharmacy teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Handle phone and email enquiries from clinics and patients professionally
- Assist with stock reconciliation and reporting as required
Delivery Driving
- Conduct scheduled deliveries to clinics and patients across your allocated run
- Maintain accurate delivery records using TrackPOD
- Ensure medications are transported and handled correctly, including any cold-chain requirements
- Build positive, professional relationships with clinic staff during delivery visits
- Report delays, issues, or delivery exceptions promptly
About You
- Current, valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Comfortable using digital systems and apps for scheduling and delivery tracking
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
- Ability to manage time effectively across office-based and on-road responsibilities
- Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or logistics is highly regarded but not essential
- A reliable, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team where needed
