Your Role

As a Co-Educational Leader, you will play a key role in guiding pedagogy, inspiring educators, and leading the creation of meaningful learning experiences for children. Working collaboratively with the Centre Director and wider leadership team, you will support educators to deliver high-quality programs while fostering a culture of reflection, curiosity, and continuous improvement. You will;

Champion the approved learning frameworks and drive program quality
Collaborate with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to ensure holistic care
Support and mentor educators to elevate learning outcomes for every child
Foster a culture of reflection, curiosity, and continuous improvement

A full-time Centre Director focused on business performance
A full-time Relationship Manager supporting enrolments and family engagement
Ongoing guidance from Operations and Quality Managers

A deep respect for children as competent learners
Experience as an Educational Leader, leading and inspiring a team
A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification), or working towards it
Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion
