As the Assistant Director at Goodstart , you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

What Goodstart can offer you:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (as approved by ACECQA)
- Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position or similar
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
