Your Next Role

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and play a key role in delivering an accurate, responsive and consistent customer experience across retail and corporate customers.

This is a varied role combining customer service, sales administration, order management and complaint resolution. You will manage customer orders and enquiries, own the end-to-end complaint and feedback process, and work closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, Sales and Finance to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

You will also provide day-to-day workflow coordination for the Customer Service team, helping prioritise workloads, maintain service standards and ensure customer commitments are followed through.

About you

You're a customer-focused, organised and solutions-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and keeping things moving. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage competing priorities, and take pride in delivering excellent customer experience.

You'll bring:

Experience in customer service, sales administration or order management.
Confidence in handling customer enquiries, complaints and service recovery.
Strong communication, problem-solving and investigation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to prioritise, coordinate workloads and follow through on commitments.
Strong computer skills, including CRM, ERP systems, Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality and Finance.
A professional, positive and customer-first attitude.

Desirable Experience:

Experience using Pronto, DONE SAFE, EDI order processes or similar systems.
Experience within manufacturing, logistics, horticulture, landscaping, building products or another product-based supply environment.
Experience preparing customer complaint and feedback reports, identifying trends and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
