Your Next Role
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and play a key role in delivering an accurate, responsive and consistent customer experience across retail and corporate customers.
This is a varied role combining customer service, sales administration, order management and complaint resolution. You will manage customer orders and enquiries, own the end-to-end complaint and feedback process, and work closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, Sales and Finance to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
You will also provide day-to-day workflow coordination for the Customer Service team, helping prioritise workloads, maintain service standards and ensure customer commitments are followed through.

You'll bring:
- Experience in customer service, sales administration or order management.
- Confidence in handling customer enquiries, complaints and service recovery.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and investigation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to prioritise, coordinate workloads and follow through on commitments.
- Strong computer skills, including CRM, ERP systems, Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality and Finance.
- A professional, positive and customer-first attitude.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience using Pronto, DONE SAFE, EDI order processes or similar systems.
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, horticulture, landscaping, building products or another product-based supply environment.
- Experience preparing customer complaint and feedback reports, identifying trends and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
