$28.31 base hourly pay rate + penalty rates (including on weekends, public holidays, and late nights).

These roles are Permanent Part-time 24hrs/fortnight

As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

Team vision (text) As an IKEA Food Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Operations/ Commercial:

Maintaining a clean, organised and inviting area that meets food safety standards and supports a positive customer experience.
Preparing, cooking and serving food while following food safety guidelines, production levels and waste control processes.
Supporting restaurant cleanliness through tasks such as clearing tables, wiping surfaces, stocktaking and dishwashing.
Providing friendly customer service, including active selling, cash handling and operating kitchen equipment such as ovens and fryers.

Passionate, committed, and have a love for food in its quality and presentation.
Experienced with working in a fast paced, hands-on environment. Previous hospitality and cookery experience is highly regarded.
Enthusiastic about working within a team of like-minded people.
Able to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks.
