Are you a natural leader with a passion for world-class service? We are looking for a dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our service team and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.

As the face of The Hatter and The Hare, you won't just be managing a floor; you’ll be setting the tone, mentoring a dedicated team, and driving the operational excellence that keeps our guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire FOH staff (servers, hosts, baristas ). Foster a positive, high-energy work culture.
Guest Experience: Oversee the dining room floor during service, proactively engaging with guests and resolving any issues with grace.
Operations: Manage reservations, floor plans, and POS systems to ensure smooth seating and pacing.
Financial Oversight: Manage labor costs, monitor inventory, and assist with daily reporting and cash handling.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, and safety.

What You Bring

Experience: 4+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you know how to talk to both a busy kitchen line and a VIP guest.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., IMPOS) and reservation platforms (e.g., Sevenrooms).
Flexibility: Availability to weekends, and holidays—the times when the magic happens.
Problem-Solving: A "cool under pressure" attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
Must be available on weekends.
