Full Job Description

We are specifically looking for someone who can be the face of the business who is motivated, friendly and efficient. Someone who is always looking for ways to improve. We are seeking someone with strong business acumen and a proven track record in growing businesses profitability as well as experience in the aquatic industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

In charge of Safety in and out of water
Recruitment of staff
Rostering and shift coordination
Staff development such as quarterly meetings and ongoing coaching to make the staff the best teachers that they can be
Create a great workplace culture that is consistent with our mission and values of the business
Ensure that the business policies, procedures and safe work are followed at all times
Water quality maintenance assistance
Stock management and orders
Daily operations such as phone calls, enrolments and bookings
Teaching hours where required (minimum 1 water shift)
Marketing and social media assistance
Customer complaints handling

Required Qualifications:

First Aid Certificate
Current CPR
Qualified Swim Teacher (AUSTSWIM)
Working with children check
Drivers Licence (preferred)
Pool Operations (preferred)
