Your main responsibilities will include:
- In charge of Safety in and out of water
- Leading and supporting swim teachers and front desk staff
- Create a great workplace culture that is consistent with our mission and values of the business
- Ensure that the business policies, procedures and safe work are followed at all times
- Rostering and shift coordination
- Manage staff onboard and development such as regular meetings and ongoing coaching to make the staff follow of standards and be the best they can be
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns/complains independently
- Maintaining staff compliance
- Monitoring pool and facility presentation
- Administration and stock management
- Ensure daily operation is completed and smoothly run
- Ensure daily operations such as phone calls, enrolments and bookings completed
- Assisting with enrolment growth and customer retention
- Assist staff recruitment
- Water quality maintenance assistance when needed
- Marketing and social media assistance
- Minimum one teaching shift and cover water shift when needed
Required Qualifications:
- First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR
- Qualified Swim Teacher (AUSTSWIM)
- Working with children check
- Experience in similar role
