About Us:

Monsoon is a vibrant Asian restaurant located in the heart of Launceston, known for rich flavors, fresh local ingredients, and warm hospitality. We are seeking energetic, reliable, and friendly Casual Waitstaff to join our floor team.

What We Offer:

Flexible roster with evening and weekend shifts

Competitive award rates + penalty rates on weekends/public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and manage table seatings
Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
Deliver food and drinks with high attention to detail
Handle payments and maintain a clean, organized dining area
Work closely with floor and kitchen teams for efficient service

Requirements:

Valid Tasmanian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
Previous waitstaff/hospitality experience in a fast-paced restaurant
Excellent communication skills and strong reliability
Flexible availability for busy evening/weekend shifts
Valid working rights in Australia

Pay: From $33.00 per hour
