Location: Mowbray, Tasmania

About the Role
J's Home Handyman and Renovations is seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman to support our business with a wide range of maintenance, repair and renovation tasks. You’ll be working across homes and workplaces, providing high‑quality, practical solutions for clients throughout the greater Launceston area.

Key Responsibilities

General home and property maintenance
Small to medium renovations
Minor repairs and installations
Basic carpentry and painting
Identifying issues and providing practical solutions
Completing all work safely and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

Valid Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card – essential, as many of our clients require this
Strong practical skills across multiple trades
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication and customer‑service skills
A positive, can‑do attitude
Current driver’s licence
A trade certificate is looked upon favourably but not essential

Employment Type

Part‑time or full‑time options available
Hours can be tailored to suit the right candidate
