About the Role
J's Home Handyman and Renovations is seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman to support our business with a wide range of maintenance, repair and renovation tasks. You’ll be working across homes and workplaces, providing high‑quality, practical solutions for clients throughout the greater Launceston area.
Key Responsibilities
- General home and property maintenance
- Small to medium renovations
- Minor repairs and installations
- Basic carpentry and painting
- Identifying issues and providing practical solutions
- Completing all work safely and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card – essential, as many of our clients require this
- Strong practical skills across multiple trades
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and customer‑service skills
- A positive, can‑do attitude
- Current driver’s licence
- A trade certificate is looked upon favourably but not essential
Employment Type
- Part‑time or full‑time options available
- Hours can be tailored to suit the right candidate
