About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Operations Support/ Administrative Assistant to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our Administration Department.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative and freight office duties
Process and maintain accurate documentation and reports
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Assist with payment processing and reconciliation
Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements
Carry out reception and general office support duties as required
Communicate business updates and information to team members
Contribute to team activities, training, and continuous improvement
