About the role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Operations Support/ Administrative Assistant to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our Administration Department.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth office operations.
- Perform general administrative and freight office duties
- Process and maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with payment processing and reconciliation
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements
- Carry out reception and general office support duties as required
- Communicate business updates and information to team members
- Contribute to team activities, training, and continuous improvement
