Your work will include:
- Detailed upper limb assessment and movement analysis
- Graded, task-specific intervention and functional retraining
- Management of spasticity and motor control challenges
- Sensory and motor re-education approaches
- Integration of upper limb function into meaningful daily activities
You will be working in a purpose-built neurological rehabilitation facility designed specifically for intensive neuro rehabilitation.
The clinic includes equipment that is not commonly available in private practice settings, including:
- Upper limb rehabilitation systems including Saebo technologies
- TyroMotion robotic systems (Diego and Myro)
- Electrical stimulation including Xcite2 and RT300 FES Bike
- X-Sensor pressure mapping for seating and positioning
- Splinting and casting services
This environment supports hands-on neurological rehabilitation, where clinicians are encouraged to trial, adapt, and refine interventions using clinical reasoning and team collaboration.
Training and ongoing support are provided as part of onboarding. Prior experience with all equipment is not required.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Speech Pathologists, and Podiatrists.
Within the OT team, there is a strong culture of collaboration and shared learning. A dedicated upper limb space within the therapy space allows clinicians to work alongside each other using shared equipment, which naturally supports observation, discussion, and clinical learning.
This includes:
- Joint sessions and clinical shadowing opportunities
- Working alongside colleagues in the upper limb space to support informal learning
- Regular case-based discussion and team learning sessions facilitated by our Upper Limb Clinical Educator
This role is designed to support clinicians developing specialist skills in upper limb rehabilitation, with opportunities to broaden across neurological practice.
Each team member develops both 12-month and 3-year professional and personal goals, which are actively supported by mentors, team leaders, and Directors.

Many of our clinicians transition from public health or interstate roles, and support is provided to ensure this transition is smooth and sustainable. You will also have access to templates, examples, and peer support to build confidence and efficiency.

This role is best suited to an Occupational Therapist who:
- Has experience in neurological rehabilitation
