Are you a compassionate, resilient, and experienced Disability Support Worker looking for your next challenge? We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in supporting individuals with high and complex support needs, including challenging behaviours.

About the Role

We are seeking Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours of concern. This role is suited to individuals who are confident, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. You will work across home and community settings, supporting participants to build independence, maintain routines, and achieve their personal goals in line with their support plans.

We are especially interested in candidates who are open to and available for short community access shifts, providing participants with support to access the community and participate in activities that enhance their independence and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities -

Supporting participants with daily living tasks and community access
Assisting with medication and mealtime support where required
Following Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
Completing progress notes and incident reports
Encouraging independence, confidence, and social participation

About You -

You are reliable, patient, and compassionate
You communicate well and work positively within a team
You can remain calm and professional in challenging situations
You are passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals
Experience in disability, mental health, youth work, or similar industries is highly regarded
