Administration & Office Support

Are you an organised, process-driven powerhouse who can handle the chaos of a busy trade office all while juggling schedules, emails, and the occasional curveball with a grin?
Are you ready to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and help drive our growing electrical, solar, and off-grid business forward.

This is a role for someone who takes initiative, stays calm under pressure, and thrives on keeping things organised. You’ll need to be confident with systems, forms, and be a master of improvement on the fly.... But don’t worry, we will provide full training on all our company systems to make this a breeze.

$35/hr + Super + OT + Benefits + promotion opportunities

What You’ll Be Doing:

Scheduling and coordinating our field team
Submitting online forms, rebates and job documentation via various portals
Managing phones, emails and client communications
Ensuring compliance, formatting, and paperwork are all on point
Keeping systems updated and jobs tracked from start to finish
Supporting management with admin and process improvements
Meeting preparation and minute taking/distribution

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who’s 30% experience, 70% attitude
Process-oriented and detail-focused
Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
Comfortable working autonomously and using initiative
Able to stay calm and flexible in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with cloud-based systems and basic admin tools
Trade or construction industry experience is a bonus

You’ll Need:

Previous admin, scheduling or office support experience
A manual driver's licence
A nurturing personality and a solution-focused mindset
